• Community Support: Connection with others on similar recovery journeys
• Progress Tracking: Milestone tracking and celebration of achievements
• Educational Resources: Information about gambling addiction and recovery

Important Disclaimer

Eligibility

To use Redeemed, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Accounts and Security

When you create an account with Redeemed:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it
• Use the Service to promote gambling activities or encourage relapse
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

Community Guidelines

Our community is built on mutual respect, support, and confidentiality. When participating in community features:

• Treat all members with dignity and respect
• Keep shared stories and personal information confidential
• Offer encouragement and support, not judgment
• Report any concerning behavior to our moderation team
• Do not share professional advice unless you are a licensed professional

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, behavior that harms other users or the community, or extended periods of inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDEEMED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

This includes damages resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, or malicious code; (e) any errors or omissions in content; or (f) any user content or conduct.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no guarantees about the effectiveness of the Service in treating gambling addiction or achieving recovery outcomes. Individual results may vary.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redeemed, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Redeemed regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
